Daddy's Devious Devils
A story about sleep deprivation and fatherhood.
Greetings! This week’s cartoon is a being hosted by my good buddy Jay Marrazzo.
Not only is he the hardest working man in the car business but he is an amazing compendium of hilarious family stories. Sometimes when he relates these stories to me, I begin to wonder why he hasn’t signed up for a lengthy stay in a well-padded room. But I think what saves him from such a fate is his worldview. It’s like a special sandwich you would order from Katz’s Deli: A large slab of Borscht Belt shtick layered on a sarcastic Carlinesque temperament, smeared with a heavy spread of surrealism, topped with a zesty Italian upbringing of guilt, mania, and toil, then shoved between two slices of Buddhist Cosmology.
I’m pretty sure Katz’s would charge you triple for that.
On the plus side it would include a pickle.
This following comic is a story Jay recently relayed to me. His daughters confirmed the antics they’d pull on the poor fellow. However I didn’t detect any remorse.
Ach! Kids!
Enjoy the comic? Hate it? Want me to tackle some other topic? Please let me know.
