Hi All,

As I tried to figure out how to cover week 3 of the Trump Hush Money/ Financial Crimes/Election Interference trial, I started to instead wonder what goes on in Donald Trump’s head as he dozes off in court.

Oh sure, it could be just Drowsy Donald’s way of expressing his denial of the trial. Instead of watching and listening to testimony that confronts him with uncomfortable facts, he prefers escaping to his “happy place” behind those puffy orange eyelids.

His happy place probably includes a “Happy Meal.” However, I tend to think we’re missing something much deeper and scarier behind those eyelids.
