Occasionally, while driving and narrowly avoiding the dangerous antics of so many fools on the roads of the Pacific Northwest , I wonder do High Schools still offer Driver’s Ed classes?
I would hope they do. But in this time where school boards are rife with conspiracy nuts, litigious helicopter parents, and insurance skittish school administrators is it still possible to train young drivers in the high school setting?
I would hope there’s schools that still offer this course, if for anything to give students the lasting memories of themselves and the driving instructor mutually scaring the bejesus out of each other.
If not, at least I’m glad that I was able to take High School Driver’s Ed…
even if the instructor was a total maniac.
I hope you enjoyed this little story from the past.

Driving with Pastrami
That was awesome! I failed my driving test the first time because a squirrel was in front of me - the test giver said to "drive over it" but I swerved into a ditch to avoid Blood On My License.
Hilarious! Great artwork, and I also love the lettering! Great ending too.
