Before I kick things off, let me say that I promise not to offend anyone with today’s comics and story, unless you’re offended by dogs, or rock concerts, or heckling by text.

Oh, the heck with it. To quote Popeye, “I amsk, what I amsk.” and so is my sense of humor.

The Concert

This past Tuesday my wife and I went to see an outdoor concert at McMenamins Edgefield Inn located in Troutdale, OR.

We were there to meet up with our friends, Steve and Marta, and together see performances by Modest Mouse, The Pixies and some other band I never heard of called Cat Power.

While I’ve been to the Edgefield Inn numerous times, this was a first for attending any of their large outdoor concerts.

It was quite the event, somewhat similar to a mob shakedown, as if it was run by the TSA.
