This is my first foray into your podcast. I loved it! the sound effects really made this a wonderful listen. Thanks for giving me a lot to think about how I want to use my art and platform during this insane march towards authoritarianism.
Glad you enjoyed it. I'm also happy it inspired you. Given your poetry a podcast (i.e. audio broadcast) of your work would, I suspect, be a very fun listen and thankfully Substack makes it so easy to do. Cheers Comrade Jason!
Agree, Jason, there are great ways to experiment with Substack. It launched a survey feature, so I'm working on experimenting with surveys in a 'creative nonfictioney' way.
Loved your parables, E.R. and the podcast of them! (I think Putin must be laughing all the time since early 2020.)
The Soviet farm inspector sees a farmer holding his pig up into an apple tree. "Comrade, that is not an efficient way to feed a pig." The farmer replies "What is efficiency to a pig?"

Ha! Comrade Dave! I had a feeling you'd have a good old Soviet joke in that voluminous jocular library you call a brain.
